Nike increases campaign sales by 149% with ATOBI
In connection with a major campaign, Nike needed to boost sales and increase brand value with a key account. In collaboration with Nike, we built a branded app, branded content, product training, and onboarded all employees. All of this in just three weeks!
To drive engagement and sales, we combined a KPI Dashboard with a leaderboard. By displaying weekly goals and actual sales, as well as each employee’s status, everyone had the information they needed to provide an amazing customer experience.
To help, the staff was given access to daily sales activities, up-selling tips, and quizzes, ensuring the employees were well-equipped to meet and exceed the customer’s needs.
The clear goals and results, along with sales training, drove a 149% sales increase.
With a similar dashboard, employees selling Nike products could easily see how close they were to beating weekly sales targets.
The main challenge faced by Nike was being able to share their brand values across stores participating in the campaign. Their ATOBI app became a vital part of this effort, and it was built to best anchor Nike brand values. Throughout all the modules in their branded ATOBI app, real-time information was the main focus.
Specifically, their app allowed retail staff to have real-time information regarding their own performance and goals, along with that of co-workers.
