As a Product Designer, your challenge will be to create intuitive, problem-solving, and visually appealing user experiences for our B2B product. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and customer success people to actively contribute to growing user engagement and acquisition and translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions. You will ensure that our products become indispensable to our users’ daily lives. Your creative vision and relentless drive to iterate and improve will be instrumental in creating experiences that resonate deeply with our users and drive meaningful impact.

- Drive the entire design process, from concept ideation to launch, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to design guidelines.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, advocating for user needs and preferences throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your vision effectively and facilitate iterative feedback and collaboration.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of your designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development cycle.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis, aiming to optimize usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain design documentation to ensure design consistency and scalability across our product ecosystem.

- You have a high skill level in English (almost all communication is in English).
- You possess a deep interest in shipping your design vision to users and are not satisfied until people have adopted your products in their daily lives.
- You deeply understand user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
- You have experience working with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with developers and customer success people.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite and an aptitude for learning new tools and technologies are essential. We primarily use Figma.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills enable you to articulate design concepts and advocate for user-centric design decisions effectively.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
